Motorcyclist aged 27 dies in crash near Selby

A motorcyclist died after a crash in the village of Carlton on Sunday (March 22).

The 27-year-old motorcyclist was riding along the A1041 High Street as it leaves Carlton, heading towards Snaith, when the crash happened.

Police were called at aroujnd 8pm and no other vehicles were involved.

The man, who was riding a Yamaha motorcycle, was pronounced dead at the scene.
