Rare jewellery pieces stolen in Harewood raid

Two rare and expensive pieces of jewellery were stolen during a burglary in Bondgate, part of the Harewood House estate, between Leeds and Harrogate.

A pearl bracelet with a diamond clasp valued at around £5,500 and diamond bow-shaped broach worth £3,000 were stolen during the break in.

The incident occurred on Wednesday, June 27, with police saying that the suspects gained access to the house via woods at the rear of the property before fleeing the same way.
