Woman to appear in court after baby's body found in drain in East Yorkshire

A woman is set to appear in court after a baby's body was found in drain in Grimsby.

Sinead Connett, 28, of Constables Way, Hertford has been summoned to appear at Grimbsy and Cleethorpes Magistrates' Court in connection with the discovery of a baby boy's body in the drain at a house on Scartho Road, on February 11.

She will appear at the court on Tuesday May 16 facing a charge of concealment of the birth of a child.
