Three Bangladeshi men were found working illegally in the Raj Pavilion on Beverley Road during the UK Border Agency operation. Two, aged 46 and 32, were failed asylum seekers; the third, 31, had entered the country illegally.
A 22-year-old failed asylum seeker from Afghanistan was also arrested at Chicago Fast Food on Holderness Road.

The employer of the Raj Pavilion was handed a civil penalty notice for employing illegal workers. The business could be fined as much as 10,000 per employee, if it cannot prove it carried out the correct pre-employment checks.
Immigration Minister Damian Green said: "These operations are among many being carried out across the country following the success of a major crackdown on immigration crime during the summer, which generated a large number of arrests, cash seizures and prosecutions as well as fresh intelligence."
