Fresh appeal after road rage incident in Huddersfield

Officers investigating a road rage incident in Huddersfield have issued a fresh appeal for information.

Police were called to Bank Gate, in Slaithwaite, after a motorist was verbally abused while queuing in traffic.

The suspect pulled up behind their vehicle, got out of his car and approached the victim's car and opened the door.

He then threatened the victim and was verbally abusive.

Police said he slammed the car door shut and went back his own vehicle, before then tailgating the victim's care and eventually driving off in the opposite direction.

The incident happened on Thursday 15 June at around 10am.

Anyone with any information is asked to call police on 101.
