The daughter of former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani – famous for his zero tolerance policy on petty crime – is likely to have her shoplifting case dismissed with a day of community service.
The case against Caroline Giuliani, 21 – accused of taking about $100 of makeup – was adjourned pending dismissal after a prosecution request. It will be closed and sealed if she completes the volunteer work.
