HOW dare the Spanish try and lecture us on The Rock, when they have their colony in Ceuta!

Let us call the Spanish government’s bluff over their proposed tax on people 
entering and departing from Gibraltar; indeed, we should 
even “up the ante” by telling them that should they impose it, we will reciprocate with an immediate tax of £100 on 
every Brit flying to Spanish holiday resorts.

The Spanish will soon come squealing back to reality.

And if they don’t, British seaside hotels will have the field day that is long overdue.

THE controversial badger cull, now finally under way, has got me wondering what is more important to the protesters – 
the health of humans, or 
animal welfare.

God forbid, but if ever there was a mass outbreak of rabies 
in the UK would there be the same objectors wanting to protect the fox population?

Surely human health must come first?
