“We are furious. If a pipe has fractured why can they not replace it sooner?”
Mainstay Residential said it was working to fix the pipe and thanked residents for being patient.
In a letter dated yesterday the company said that it was hoped the water could be turned on today.
It blamed slow-drying adhesive for the delay.
