Local producers given their chance at weekend food fair
On Saturday and Sunday The Stableyard near the main visitor facilities will be transformed into a marketplace selling an array of food from local producers.
All of the food on offer will be produced within a 45-mile radius of Clumber Park, and will include meats such as bison, venison and ostrich, as well as free range eggs, hand-cooked crisps, tarts, chocolates and confectionery.

Events co-ordinator at Clumber Park, Pippa Purser, said: "All of the stallholders have been selected based on their proximity to Clumber Park and the quality of the products they supply.
"We have got a really good mix of products on show and there will be plenty of samples to try, so the event will be a great addition to a day out at Clumber Park."
Several of the stallholders already supply their products to Clumber Park and other National Trust properties in the area, including Gringley Gringo, a local producer of chilli-based products which has moved its business into Clumber Park, and Chocolate Confetti, which makes handmade chocolate and sweets.
