Man held after woman's body found in Leeds house
A 23-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after officers found the body of a 52-year-old woman at a house in Alma Street, Woodlesford, Leeds.
Officers were called to the address at around 8.45pm yesterday and found the woman's body in the dormer attic of the house. She had suffered gun shot wounds.
The man is currently in custody and enquiries are ongoing by West Yorkshire Police's Homicide and Major Enquiry Team.
