Man trapped in car after collision with tree near York
A man was left trapped after the car he was travelling in collided with a tree in York.
The crash happened at around 2.10am on Ox Carr Lane, Strensall.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said two crews were called to rescue the man who was driving the car.
They used hydraulic cutting gear to free the man, aged in his 20s.
He was taken to hospital with injuries.
