Michael McIntyre show in Leeds tonight cancelled

COMIC Michael McIntyre has been forced to pull out of his show in Leeds tonight due to illness.

Bosses at the Leeds City Varieties say all tickets bought for this evening’s show will be transferred to a new date in May.

A statement from the Varieties posted on Twitter said: “Regrettably, due to illness Michael McIntyre is unable to do his gig tonight and it has been rearranged for Tuesday, May 14.

“All Michael McIntyre tickets will be transferred to the new date if you can’t make it refunds can be arranged later this week.”

The nature of the award-winning comedian’s illness is not known.

Former Britain’s Got Talent judge McIntyre is best known for his hugely popular Comedy Roadshow programme on BBC1.
