Missing man from Barnsley found dead

Marc Lunn died on Sunday morning after encountering breathing difficulties.

Police found Mr Lunn at the property shortly after 4am where the 40-year-old.

Despite CPR from officers and paramedics he died a short later.

Detective Sergeant Andy Knowles, from South Yorkshire Police’s Force Crime Unit, said: “Mr Lunn’s family have been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers.

“At this stage we do not believe there are any suspicious circumstances to the death and a file will now be prepared for the coroner.

“I would like to thank the public and the media for their help in publicising our appeal to trace Mr Lunn.”
