Motorcyclist, 55,killed in crash
A 55-year-old motorcyclist died in a road crash in the early hours of yesterday.
The man, from Lowedges, Sheffield, who was riding a black and white Honda CBR Fireblade, was reported to have hit the kerb on Bradway Road and then a lamppost, as he was travelling towards Lowedges at 12.15am. He was taken to Sheffield’s Northern General Hospital where he was pronounced dead. Witnesses are urged to call 0114 2202970.
