Museum turns to Quidditch to promote Potter’s parting
The Bradford museum starts screening Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 on its giant Imax screen today, giving audiences a 3D experience for the final film of the series.

Hide AdManagers expect a magical atmosphere there today as two witches soar through the air as if preparing to play Quidditch, the favourite game of all witches and wizards, to entertain cinemagoers after 4pm.
And, Potter fans who want to join the final fight between good and evil will be able to get their own battle scars and learn some of the tricks behind special effects make up in free workshops from 4pm until 8pm.
Museum film manager Kathryn Penny said: “Everyone at the museum is really excited to see the final Harry Potter movie on our giant Imax cinema screen which gives audience a bigger and better 3D experience, but we’re also a little sad that Harry Potter is coming to an end.
“Hopefully we can host a great send off and provide some magical entertainment and activities.”
