Mysterious appeal
Members of the Lords of Misrule drama group Kate Thomas and Luca Wollny get in character as the famous York Mystery Plays go back to their roots.
Over the coming two Sundays York University's medieval drama group will perform 12 plays on waggons around the city. The performances hark back to the original spectacle of the medieval Corpus Christi day festivities, with players drawn from the community.
