NHS staff in switch to new employer
Hundreds of NHS staff running community and mental health services are being transferred to a new employer.
Staff including those working with people with learning disabilities in Barnsley will work for South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
Bosses at NHS Barnsley agreed the switch, which is part of a nationwide move to transfer all primary care trust staff providing front-line services to alternative employers.
