Obese fliers offered deal on extra seat
An airline yesterday promised hugely overweight passengers who buy a second seat would get a refund if the flight was not full.
Air France already offered fat passengers the option of buying an adjoining seat at a discount.
Now it has said they would be fully reimbursed for the second fare in 90 per cent of cases.
A spokesman said obese fliers who do not reserve a second seat may not be allowed to board for security reasons.
