Nothing to do with misogyny

From: Reverend Guy Jamieson, Halifax.

READING the article by Bernard Ingham (The Yorkshire Post, July 2), it’s as though he hasn’t read or listened to anything in this debate for the past 30 years. The issue has nothing to with “misogyny or the need for male superiority”.

The debate is ecclesiological and sacramental, and above all something which requires those of differing convictions to “listen”.

From: Margaret Jowett, Stanhope, Bishop Auckland.

A NOTE to Jayne Dowle (The Yorkshire Post, July 7), please do not judge every GP surgery to be like yours. Providing I am willing to see any partner, I can get an appointment that day.
