Take away their NHS laptops

Ukip is neutral on privatisation of the NHS but they are against waste and unnecessary bureaucracy. On Wednesday, November 12, 450 officials went to Elland Road Stadium in Leeds to meet the new Yorkshire head of the regional NHS. All of them have a laptop computer and a mobile phone, but not one of them ever has contact with a patient. Does something need to be rectified in the system?
