Parking plans for historic port
PAY and display parking and 11 zones set aside for residents’s cars could be introduced on some of Whitby’s busiest streets next spring.
The measures, including pay and display parking for Whitby’s North Promenade area and part of Sandsend’s seafront, could be brought in alongside a planned park and ride scheme.
