Passenger fights for his life after crash
A car passenger was in a critical condition yesterday after he was found lying unconscious on the carriageway following a crash in North Yorkshire.
The accident on the A19 near Crathorne on Sunday evening involved a silver Ford Focus and a grey Volvo 850. A 29-year-man from Middlesbrough, a passenger in the Focus, was airlifted to hospital. Two other men, who were in the Focus, and a man and woman, from York, who were in the Volvo, were seriously injured.
