Mental health nurses Aimee Thompson and Ellie Nugent spent three days using pallets to create an amazing garden sofa - complete with cushions and drinks table.
Aimee told the Yorkshire Evening Post they wanted to do something fun on their days off to take their mind off work.
She said: "We have seen lots of different ideas over the years and couldn’t really afford to buy furniture so decided to set ourselves the challenge of doing this ourselves.
"We got the pallets for free from a kind man who messaged privately from the Facebook group Leedsplace.
"All we did was paint each pallet, which took forever!"
Aimee said the pair then cut the backs of the pallets to size with a saw and used a drill to secure them together.
She added: "We got the cushions cheap from B&M and B&Q so overall it was a lot cheaper than buying a garden furniture set."
The pair's work has been praised on social media, with many envious of their brilliant handiwork.
One said: "Fancy coming round and doing the same in my garden? This is amazing."
Another added: "What a way to spend your free time. A complete transformation!"
