Police in hunt for flasher who targeted jogger

The 28-year-old victim was out running on a track alongside Common Lane in Heslington when a man passed her on a BMX bike before stopping.

As the woman approached him, she saw he had exposed himself.

The offender was of Mediterranean appearance, in his late teens or early 20s and about 5ft 9in tall. He is described as slim with bushy eyebrows and dark wavy hair and was wearing a baggy multi-coloured jumper and black trousers.

The offence happened at about 6pm on September 30, but police only released details yesterday.
