A TRANSPORT summit is being held in Leeds today with policy-makers, metro mayors and industrialists from across the North calling on greater investment for the region.
Secretary Chris Grayling wrote in The Yorkshire Post that it is not the Government’s job to advance Crossrail for the North after throwing down the gauntlet to the region’s political and business leaders.
