Rare flap for Schofield the unflappable

Unflappable host Phillip Schofield conceded he “lost control” as Sinitta’s children took over ITV’s This Morning yesterday – and began pulling faces at viewers.

The youngsters – Zac and Magdalena – began larking around while their mother was being interviewed about National Adoption Week, with Supernanny’s Jo Frost looking on.

The children also melted viewers’ hearts when they appealed for more people to come forward to volunteer.

They began waving their arms in front of the cameras during the live interview, then started poking their heads into view while their mum spoke. Then they pulled faces and stuck out their tongues as Schofield and co-host Holly Willoughby tried to carry on.

“Schofield said: “I have a feeling we’ve lost control – it doesn’t happen often.” He told the children: “You can have that bit of gold paper you found down the back of the sofa – and money and old chips.”
