There’s activities for children as well as a Tour of the Winter Skies talk by local astronomer Paul Money.

Three local astronomy groups, Lincolnshire Astronomy Society, East Riding Astronomers and the Scunthorpe Astronomy Group will be there to give expert help and advice.

Education officer at Far Ings Emma Wilmot said: “It’s a wonderful opportunity to get close-up views of planets, galaxies, moons and perhaps a comet – all in the company of our local astronomers.”
