Red in the bed
Beningbrough Hall learning and community officer Clare Fletcher makes herself comfortable on a bed of red lettuce.
Visitors will see the flower bed with a difference this weekend when the 18th-century mansion near York hosts a food and craft festival. A replica of a Georgian bed at the hall, right, it is expected to be one of the main attractions at the Big Green Festival, which will feature over 40 stalls as well as cookery demonstrations and workshops.
