Drew Barrymore and on-off boyfriend and co-star Justin Long arrive for the world premiere of Going the Distance at the Vue Cinema, Leicester Square, London.
Twice-married Hollywood star Barrymore, 35, admitted she struggles to balance her work and maintain relationships as she attended the screening. She walked the red carpet with Long, 32, who co-stars with her in the much-improvised romantic comedy about a couple trying to cope with a long-distance relationship.
Barrymore said: "I love what I do so much and it's terrifying, the idea of having to give it up for a relationship.
