Settlement reachedin £4m Titian battle
A court battle over a painting experts say is "by the hand of Titian" has reached a confidential settlement.
Former owners of Salome With the Head of St John The Baptist had launched a damages claim against auction house Christie’s over the 4m work, which was sold at auction in 1994 for 8,000.
