The new East Stand takes the stadium's capacity above 10,000 for the first time since the 1970s. The conference suite will be the biggest venue of its kind in Calderdale which can cater for groups of up to 300.

There are 11 function rooms, ranging in size to accommodate every type of event, from one-to-one interviews to larger conferences, weddings and meetings for up to 350 guests. They include six executive boxes overlooking the pitch, which can accommodate up to 12 people.

The East Stand will also house new shops for the local football and rugby teams, as well as new home and away changing rooms, a physio room and new food and beverage kiosks for fans.
