Street star cleans up
The 20-year-old was presented with the award by Mayor of Rotherham Coun Rose McNeely at a ceremony at Rotherham Town Hall.
Mr Barlow was selected from eight nominees for the annual award.

Hide AdHe said: “It was nice to be nominated and it’s always nice to be appreciated for your work. I enjoy the job – it’s good and the town centre keeps me busy.”
Andy Roddis, Rotherham Council’s Streetpride area co-ordinator, nominated Mr Barlow for the award. He said: “Adam is the youngest member of the close-knit town centre cleansing team but he fits in really well. He is always someone who goes the extra mile. A real hard worker.”
