The Winter Cumbrian Mountain Express is a heritage excursion run by the Railway Touring Company from London Euston to Carlisle, via Milton Keynes, Rugby and Preston.

The steam leg of the journey, from Carnforth via the Settle to Carlisle Railway, traversed the iconic Ribblehead Viaduct in snow on Saturday, hauled by the locomotive British India Line.
