TV chance for pupils

Pupils from a Leeds school have been chosen to appear in a television game show.

Leon Dammone, Molly Brown and Henry Stonelake, all aged 11, are to star in an episode of the popular CBBC programme Copycats.

The youngsters, who are all in Year Six at Richmond House School in Headingley, went through the audition process in Glasgow and will form part of a team which will include two mothers and a family friend.

Jane Disley, headteacher of Richmond House, said she was not surprised the children did so well at audition.

The show is expected to be aired in autumn this year after filming takes place in June.
