Two men accused of 'murder for TV set'
Two men were last night charged with the murder of a man stabbed in his home.
The two, Ryan Ferguson, 18, and Anthony Ferguson, 34, both from Sunderland, were due to appear before magistrates today accused of killing Keith Redpath.
Mr Redpath, 46, of Hendon in Sunderland, died in hospital from a single stab wound to his chest after he was attacked in his bungalow in the early hours of Saturday morning. Police said a television was taken from his home.
Mr Redpath, a roofer, collapsed in the street outside and was taken to hospital.
