Downfall: Disgraced Co-op Bank chief arrives at Leeds police station

He returned to face questions after being arrested in November over what West Yorkshire police described as an “ongoing drug supply investigation”.

The arrest of the former Bradford councillor, also a Methodist minister, came after claims in a newspaper that Flowers bought drugs including cannabis, crack cocaine and ketamine. He was bailed while inquiries continue.
