Royal treat

The Duchess of Cornwall took the hot seat during a tour of the Hay Festival of Literature and Arts yesterday.

She gave a reading of the popular Dog Loves Books, by Louise Yates, to youngsters.

The Duchess rubbed shoulders with authors in the event’s official bookshop before moving on to the Oxfam stand where she donated a signed copy of the Dog Loves Books story. She also donated two books written by her son Tom Parker Bowles: E is for Eating and The Year of Eating Dangerously.
