Woman suffers serious facial injuries during robbery in Sheffield

The 30-year-old was approached from behind by a man who attacked her as she crossed the Westfield Centre car park in Westfield.

He stole her bag containing her phone, cash and jewellery.

South Yorkshire Police today released details of the robbery, which took place between 6pm and 6.30pm on Tuesday, February 21.

Her attacker was described as being black, between 20 and 25 years old, 5ft 9in and skinny.

He was wearing a dark hooded top.
