Woman's body found in flat
A murder inquiry has been launched after a woman's body was found at a flat in Mirfield in West Yorkshire on Tuesday night.
Officers were called to an address on Oddfella Street in the town over concerns for the welfare of a woman on her 30's. Upon arrival officers found a body of a woman deceased shortly after 6.30pm.
The woman has not yet been formally identified and a post mortem is due to be carried out to establish the cause of death.
Officers are at the scene carrying out forensic enquiries and detectives are trying to establish the full circumstances of the woman's death.
