Wreckers smash up parked train
Officers from British Transport Police (BTP) are investigating after the train was broken into on the tracks near Osmondthorpe Lane, Leeds.
It is believed the vandals trespassed onto the track through a boundary fence via East End Park around 9.45pm, entered the train and stole emergency hammers from the carriages. They then went on a rampage, smashing windows, magazine holders and luggage racks.

In total, 21 emergency hammers were taken, five magazine panels were smashed and three windows were completely smashed. Following a search of the area, officers located some of the items in the nearby park."
Pc Lawrence urged anyone with information about the incident on October 24 at 9.45pm to contact BTP.
