Tomlinson and Foster in charge for Treeton

Premier Division champions Treeton were at their imperious best when taking on Aston Hall, with their two best-known players in top form.

Andy Tomlinson battered a typically aggressive 113, with 16 fours and four sixes as Treeton reached 265-5, with Steve Foster contributing 62 before claiming 6-40 as Aston were sent packing for 150.

Whitley Hall, with their eyes on their first Premier title, notched their second victory when holding Wath to 113-8, Neil Longhurst taking four cheap wickets before scoring 54 not out in Whitley's nine-wicket win.

Elsecar got back to something like their best when answering the Phoenix total of 158-7, Johnny Younis unbeaten on 78, with 159-1, Ainsley Swallow carrying his bat for 69, Jason Meadows chipping in with 44.

Wickersley dismissed Barnsley B for 109 and went on to win by eight wickets, James Bentley unbeaten on 54.

Houghton Main toppled Hallam for 158, the wickets shared between Lucas Dredge and Ali Raza, and battled to victory at 161-8, Shahid Naseer making 61 not out and Jesse Hemingway returning 5-49 for the losers.

Also in the top flight, Tickhill were back in the pavilion for 139, guests Whiston just making it at 140-9.

Bradfield had the unwanted distinction of being the day's low scorers, shot out for just 46 by Mexborough in Division One, the damage done by Ryan Tingle with 5-28 and Rizman Ellis with 4-7.

In the same section, Collegiate's Matt Root hammered an unbeaten 111 with 14 boundaries, as his club set a 236-6 target at Rotherham Town, the hosts taking the points with their reply of 240-4, Gerhardus Rudolph cracking 93 not out, including 10 boundaries.

Warmsworth youngster Liam Marshall hit an unbeaten 104, with seven fours and two sixes in the Division Two win over Frecheville.

Doncaster Town teenager Lewis Brown hit 96 but was on the losing side against Phoenix in Division Three, where Norton Oakes's Thomas Lawson took 5-27 in the seven-wicket win over Oughtibridge.

Rockingham's Beth Brown bagged 6-25 against Rockingham B in Division Four.
