Cup progress put to the front of Knights' minds

THE pressure of qualifying for the promotion play-offs is put to one side over the next fortnight as Doncaster and Rotherham attempt to progress to the knockout stages of the British and Irish Cup.

Unbeaten Doncaster top Pool D and begin the first of three group games in the competition in seven days at home to Birmingham Solihull.

A trip to Pontypridd follows on Wednesday before the pool-finale against Rotherham at Clifton Lane next Saturday.
