DONCASTER Racecourse’s winning reputation continues to grow after the Town Moor track won two top awards.

It was named racecourse of the year at the Betview awards that honours those tracks which provide the best experience for the betting and racing public.

Speaking ahead of tonight’s Flat meeting, Doncaster managing director Mark Spincer said: “We are thrilled to receive these two awards this week.

“The team set the bar high in 2012 and entered 2013 with a plethora of goals – not least to maintain high performance and continue to deliver truly great experiences to our leisure and business customers.

“Receiving these awards give us recognition of the work we are doing but also spurs us on to deliver a better experience on every single race day we offer.”
