Donckers impresses at Bramham
Donckers rocketed into pole position of the flagship CCI three-star event following yesterday afternoon’s hugely impressive dressage test on Lamicell Unique, who scored 37.5.
However, the Belgian says her primary goal is sealing World Equestrian Games qualification and thus a clear round from tomorrow’s cross country test.

“This is one of my horses that I would like to qualify for the World Equestrian Games and so my main goal is to have the qualification here and maybe not push it for the time being.”
Donckers currently leads New Zealand eventing legend Sir Mark Todd with Amacuzzi, who totalled 41.2. Ireland’s Aoife Clark sits third after a score of 45.4 with Fenyas Elegance.
Northallerton’s Nicola Wilson is joint-seventh with Annie Clover and also has One Two Many performing today while Huddersfield’s Oliver Townend is joint 14th with ODT Ghareeb.
