Five League One matches have been postponed because of Coronavirus, including Hull City's trip to Sunderland, where both clubs have suffered an outbreak of the virus.

The Tigers' match at home to Lincoln City has also been postponed, and the rest of Doncaster's Festive programme must now be in doubt. There are due at Fleetwood Town on Tuesday evening.

The Rovers' coaching staff were forced to miss two November games because they had to isolate for a fortnight after coming into contact with Wimbledon employees who tested positive.

Rotherham United also called off their game at Middlesbrough because of an outbreak amongst the Millers players.

Doncaster are refusing to say which players have tested positive.

This week Ipswich Town physio Matt Byard suggested the Football League seriously consider a "circuit breaker" because of the number of positive cases amongst players, including Ipswich manager Paul Lambert.
