Another busy weekend of football sees nine Yorkshire sides in action. Here’s the team news for your club.

Championship

Birmingham City v Barnsley

Team news: Young starlet John Stones is injured and with Bobby Hassell still suspended, David Perkins is set to switch to right-back. Craig Davies is expected to start, despite a groin niggle which is affecting him in games.

Leeds United v Nottingham Forest

Team news: Luciano Becchio is expected to be fit after being substituted in midweek against Hull as a precaution after the Argentinian striker received a kick to the back of his leg. Adam Drury could also be in contention after missing the Tigers defeat but Ross McCormack, David Norris and Paul Green are out along with long-term absentee, Davide Somma, who is still some way off a possible return.

Team news: Corry Evans could continue in centeral midfield after stepping in against Leeds United when Seyi Olofinjana was ruled out with a hamstring strain. The Nigerian is rated as ‘50-50’ by Steve Bruce, who has otherwise reported no fresh injury concerns other than long-term absentee Matty Fryatt.

Sheffield Wednesday v Bolton Wanderers

Team news: Joe Mattock will sit out the game through suspension after being red carded against Huddersfield Town in midweek. With lewis Buxton injured, Dave Jones has a major headache as to who will play at right-back. Jermaine Johnson has filled the role in the past but the Owls may want to utilise the in-form winger’s attacking ability.

League One

Doncaster Rovers v Stevenage

Team news: Billy Paynter, who trained at the end of the week, should be in the fray for Rovers again after missing the last two matches with a thigh problem. Shelton Martis, James Harper, Iain Hume, pictured, and Robbie Blake look set for bench duties once more.

Yeovil Town v Sheffield United

Team news: Dave Kitson and Chris Porter are in contention for a start, with Richard Cresswell, pictured, likely to be rested. Skipper Michael Doyle and Ryan Flynn serve the final games of their three-match bans.

League Two

Barnet v Rotherham United

Team news: Kari Arnason (ankle) remains a big pre-match doubt for the Millers, also without Laurie Wilson (knee). David Noble, pictured, who has missed the last two games due to personal issues, is back in the squad, along with Mark Bradley.

Oxford United v Bradford City

Team news: Matt Duke is likely to retain his place in goal after coming off the bench to replace Jon McLaughlin, who had injured his side, towards the end of Tuesday’s win over Morecambe. Otherwise, though, Phil Parkinson is expected to stick with the same side as City chase a first away win of the season.

York City v Cheltenham Town

Team news: Clarke Carlisle (ankle) is out after being injured on Wednesday night at Burton and could be replaced in the starting line-up by Chris Doing. Jamie Reed is also in contention after returning to training along with David McGurk, who will not be risked against the Robins due to being sidelined since New Year’s Day.
