Grayson set to take over as Town manager

SIMON Grayson has agreed to become Huddersfield Town’s new manager, the Yorkshire Post understands.

The 42-year-old will succeed Lee Clark at the Galpharm Stadium less than three weeks after being sacked by Leeds United.

Grayson, who has led two teams to promotion from League One, will be joined at Town by Glynn Snodin and Ian Miller, his coaching team at Elland Road.

Town are seven points adrift of Sheffield United in the second automatic promotion place. Clark was sacked last Wednesday.
