JOHN MARQUIS scored twice as Doncaster Rovers stretched their lead at the top of League Two to seven points with a 3-0 win at Yeovil.

James Coppinger had already hit a post when Mathieu Baudry fired Rovers ahead from six yards after 31 minutes and Marquis slotted home when through one-on-one to double the visitors’ lead four minutes later.

A fine solo goal from Marquis, his 17th of the season, made it three to seal another impressive win for Darren Ferguson’s men.
