Huddersfield Town aim for sustained success ahead of Leeds United derby
The Terriers provided themselves with a little breathing space at the foot of the Championship with a thumping 4-0 home victory over Charlton Athletic.
It served as the perfect fillip ahead of the short trip to Elland Road, but despite Town having a full week to prepare for the game, there will be no let-up in training.

“It is good to have a clean week. But we will certainly not be having any time off. We have to prepare and build and keep working.
“For us, it is not about one-off success, but about having sustained success. The better you do, the harder you work and that has always been how we have lived and the mantra we have gone by.”
Last weekend’s rousing triumph saw the plaudits largely afforded to two-goal top-scorer Karlan Grant and fellow marksmen Steve Mounie and Juninho Bacuna, who both netted following late cameos from the bench.

“He was selfless,” added the Town chief.
“If people cannot see what Fraizer gives to this team, then they must be blind.
“Look at how hard he works. Ask any centre-half who plays against us about his physicality and running. He was the assist for Steve Mounie’s goal, for me. I know he wasn’t on the pitch, but he did all the hard work.
“He actually needs one off his backside himself. But he will be just as happy that Steve got it.”
