11.20am: One of those departures from Bramall Lane could be happening now; with Daniel Bogdanovic reportedly holding talks with Blackpool over a move away from Sheffield United.

11.15am: All quiet on the southern front. Very little coming out of Doncaster, Barnsley, Sheffield Wednesday and United, and Rotherham this morning. Doncaster and Barnsley seem happy with what they’ve got; Wednesday did a bit of business yesterday and may still go back in, but Danny Wilson at Sheffield United will be hoping he hangs onto players like Stephen Quinn and Nick montgomery, who have helped the club make an unbeaten start to the League One season. Rotherham-wise, that £350k they got from the Adam le Fondre sale may be burning a hole in their pocket. Andy Scott is being linked with a move for Leyton Orient’s Alex Revell.

11.10am: Leeds United have cancelled the contract of American striker Mike Grella, 24, who joined Brentford on loan last week.

11am: First Yorkshire signing of the day, Bradford City have signed 21-year-old striker Terry Dixon on a one-year contract. But don’t get too excited Bantams fans, he is expected to be shipped out to a Blue Square North team on loan first, to get some match fitness. Dixon has represented Republic of Ireland at youth level and had previously been at Tottenham Hotspur. This could be the first of what new manager Phil Parkinson is predicting will be a ‘busy day’.
